Design and Construction of the National Stand of the Republic of Moldova at BIOFACH 2026
Moldova Organic Value Chain Alliance (MOVCA) hereby launches an Invitation to Tender for companies specialized in exhibition stand design and construction, interested in participating in the selection procedure for the design and construction of the National Stand of the Republic of Moldova at BIOFACH 2026, Nuremberg, Germany.
BIOFACH is the world’s leading international trade fair for organic food, bringing together producers, processors, traders, and sector organizations from across the globe. The participation of the Republic of Moldova with a national stand aims to promote the Moldovan organic sector, its producers, and the values of sustainability, quality, and traceability.
Objective of the Procurement
The objective of this tender is to select a company capable of providing:
- a coherent and innovative stand design concept;
- construction, installation, and dismantling of the stand;
- full compliance with BIOFACH technical and organizational requirements;
- integration of the national visual identity and branding elements of the Republic of Moldova.

Eligibility of Tenderers
Eligible tenderers are companies that:
- have proven experience in international exhibition stand design and construction;
- demonstrate technical, logistical, and operational capacity to deliver the services;
- can comply with quality standards, sustainability principles, and strict deadlines.
Selection Procedure
The selection procedure will be conducted in a transparent and competitive manner, in line with the principles applicable to non-governmental organizations and donor-funded activities. Detailed technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements will be provided to interested bidders through the complete tender documentation.
